Monarch Surveyors & Engineering Consultants Limited has secured a new work order worth ₹4,33,31,873 from the Office of the Executive Engineer, Public Works (Water Resources) Project Division, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. The contract focuses on preparing a Detailed Project Report (DPR) and obtaining land acquisition clearances for forest and non-forest areas.
The project covers the construction of a six-lane greenfield road from Karmad DMIC ROB-2 to Bidkin Industrial Area, spanning a total length of 35.80 km. This includes two allied spurs of 8.20 km, bringing the overall scope to the specified stretch in Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district, Maharashtra.
Under the agreement, Monarch will handle key preparatory tasks such as detailed surveying, environmental and forest clearances, and land-related approvals needed for the road development. The work is domestic and will be executed on a cash consideration basis. The company expects to complete the activities within 36 calendar months, subject to necessary governmental approvals.
This order marks an important addition to Monarch’s portfolio in infrastructure consultancy, particularly in road and transportation projects. The company specializes in detailed engineering surveys, DPR preparation, land acquisition support, and environmental studies for major infrastructure initiatives across India.
