Vodafone Idea (Vi) and PhysicsWallah have signed a strategic partnership to make quality digital education more accessible to students in Rajasthan and eastern Uttar Pradesh.
The collaboration will combine Vi’s mobile network with PhysicsWallah’s learning content. Students in these regions will get special data packs and easy access to PhysicsWallah’s courses on affordable mobile plans.
The partnership focuses on school and competitive exam preparation. It aims to help students in smaller towns and rural areas by removing barriers such as high data costs and limited internet access.
Vi’s Chief Business Officer said the company is happy to work with PhysicsWallah. He added that the partnership will bring reliable connectivity and top-quality educational content to lakhs of students.
PhysicsWallah Founder and CEO Alakh Pandey noted that millions of students in Rajasthan and eastern Uttar Pradesh face challenges in accessing good education. He said this tie-up will help deliver high-quality learning directly to their phones at low cost.
The plan includes special tariff packs with bundled access to PhysicsWallah’s live classes, recorded lectures, and study material. Students can use these services without worrying about high data consumption.
This partnership supports India’s push for digital education. It targets areas where many students prepare for exams like JEE, NEET, and board examinations.
PhysicsWallah is one of India’s fastest-growing edtech companies. Vi, a major telecom operator, continues to expand its role in supporting education through better connectivity. The collaboration is expected to benefit students in underserved regions and encourage greater use of digital learning tools across the country.
